If there was one dog who could create world peace, it would be Betty!

Betty is a very friendly, happy, and peaceful dog who brings a smile to every face she meets despite her past as a stray. We imagine her time as a stray was spent going door to door for kisses instead of food. Betty is the type of dog that will bring you lots of love and happiness, even on your saddest days! She is very fond of ear scratches and belly rubs and could spend all day by your side. That smile of hers never goes away! Betty also gets along very well with other dogs and would fit well into any household.

If you are searching for some peace and happiness, you can find it at OCHS. Come meet Betty this week!

Meet Mona!

               Breed: Domestic Shorthair

Age 1Y Gender: Female

Color: Black

Spayed/Neutered: Yes

Size: Small

Declawed: No

Mona can’t wait to meet you! If you happen to stop by the shelter, it is likely you will be greeted by Mona as you step into our cat room. Mona is an outgoing and friendly cat who enjoys greeting everyone who stops by!

Mona has had her fair share of adventures with OCHS as she came to the shelter pregnant. Momma Mona and her kittens spent some time in and out of foster care until her kittens were old enough to be adopted. They have all found homes and now Mona is back at the shelter ready to find her own!

Mona gets along well with others cats and agrees that everyone should have a sleek and gorgeous black cat in time for Halloween. Don’t you agree? Come get yours at OCHS!
