Refunds for all canceled and rescheduled shows at BancorpSouth Arena will be available until May 30th.
Refunds will be issued for the ticket price plus applicable service charges. The cost of UPS shipping and merchandise will not be refunded.
If customers do not elect a refund within the 30-day window, their tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date. Going forward their tickets will no longer be available for refund.
If a postponed event is not rescheduled within 60 days from the date of the tour or when it was announced publicly as postponed, the 30-day window for refunds will open at that time. Upon confirmation of the new date or expiration of the 60-day period, Ticketmaster will follow the same procedure for rescheduled shows.
For resale tickets sold on Ticketmaster, Ticketmaster will refund the original ticket purchaser’s account. For customers who purchased tickets through another resale platform or distribution partner, the customer will need to seek a refund from such resale platform or distribution partner.
